Fraudulent company. If you ever want to buy tiles, you need to know my story. I have bought 25m2 of tiles from them in which they have a big fault. Normally, you can return them and get a refund, but they refused to acknowledge it and said they will charge 25% of the price (as I did not like them BUT CMON the tiles are really bad) + cost of return on ME! 2 months of waiting for a resolution. The tiles remain in my apartment taking space of my room but they never resolved it. The company is 30 min drive from me but they let me return it to Eindhoven which 2hrs away which costs me a LOT more money. I lost 50% of the tiles costs and they are at fault. When I got the refund, they even deduct 29% not 25%. I wish I can share photos on there to show you their product! They are excessively curved more than the standard of 2mm . NEVER BUY! Once you pay, they will never look back or acknowledge if the product has a fault!
